Dogwood

When you want a cozy home that gives you exactly the amount of space you need, the “right-sized” Dogwood floor plan is worth a look. We’ve used every bit of the 1,158 square feet of this ranch-style home to give you the comfort and conveniences you want, without the extra maintenance you don’t.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features a wide-open space in the main living area, with the kitchen situated in the back, where you have full view of the goings-on and the rear porch. This gourmet kitchen spares nothing in terms of modern amenities: granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a large pantry, to name a few. 

You’ll also appreciate the extra closets in the Dogwood. You’ll have the benefit of 3 closets in the main area, a real plus for a home of any size.

Take notice of the master suite. It’s tucked in the back corner of the Dogwood design, away from the main living area. The bedroom is nicely sized to give you ample room and a view of the patio. The walk-in closet will take good care of your wardrobe needs. And just beyond the bedroom door is the laundry room—no more hauling laundry baskets around the house!

This floor plan gives you 2 options for the exterior design. Personalize it to your taste with simple changes that make a big difference!

Whichever exterior option you choose, you’ll have the same smart space: 1,700 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on a single level. The split floor plan places the master bedroom in the back of the home, with the secondary bedrooms on the opposite side and toward the front—a great way for everyone to get the privacy they cherish.

The Magnolia’s foyer blossoms to an open floor plan that incorporates all of your major living spaces into one: the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Wrapping around your covered back porch, this area is ideal for entertaining or just relaxing at home. Fix a meal in your fully appointed kitchen, with the added workspace and serving area of the center island. The walk-in pantry lets you keep all of your necessities easily within reach. The rest of the open floor plan is ready for your creative style. Without walls, you can design it the way you want.

When you’re ready to escape, the master suite is waiting. Enter the bedroom where the tray ceiling luxuriously expands the space. The Magnolia’s master bath is designed for sharing, with dual vanities, a private water closet, and oversized, walk-in shower. For yet another convenience, the walk-in closet opens to the laundry room, which then leads to the mudroom and entry from the garage.

Myrtle

The myrtle tree is a symbol of life in many cultures. You can enjoy plenty of life in this dynamic home design. The 2,110-square-foot floor plan presents the option of 2 exteriors—each one distinctively different. Do you lean toward traditional lines or something different? Once you choose your exterior preference and colors, either one will result in a clear reflection of your style.

The main floor of the Myrtle features your active living area. The foyer guides you past a flex room and the powder room to the expansive space of one large open concept. On one side, the center island kitchen is all about workspace and ease. The island incorporates an undermount sink and dishwasher, plus a convenient breakfast bar that seats 3 people. The large, walk-in pantry is a cook’s delight.

The flex room with a double-door entrance at the front of the house adds versatility. Do you want a formal living room, office, library, or playspace? Use your imagination.

The second floor houses the 3 bedrooms (with an option to add a fourth one). The master suite will treat you like the head of the household! Relish the comforts of a tray ceiling in the bedroom, oversized walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with its own walk-in closet. Willow

While it doesn’t bend and “weep”, our Willow is as graceful and appealing as the tree we named it for. Fans of the Modern Farmhouse style love the exterior of this 2-story home. Just shy of 2,100 square feet, the design presents an open floor plan on the main level. In addition to the large area for the great room, kitchen, and dining area (with a powder room), we’ve added a flex space in the front of the home, as open as the rest of the living space here. Transform it whatever purpose you need or want—a study area, playroom, exercise studio, rec room, formal living room, or a mix of any uses you have.

The second floor is your family’s sleeping quarters. The master suite and 3 more bedrooms, plus the second full bath and laundry room, give everyone their own place. The master suite is particularly luxurious. We designed the bedroom with a tray ceiling to expand the airy openness. Then, we added a master bath and walk-in closet that blend big space with style and amenities.

Every home in the Woodland Series was designed to offer more value for the square footage.
