Lexington, South Carolina, has so much to offer. It’s a city that feels more like a small town. Living on the coast of Lake Murray is an added bonus. So, McGuinn Hybrid Homes decided to expand our offerings of new home communities in Lexington (Mariner’s Creek, Spence Plantation, Sterling Lake, Summerlake, and Woodmill). We’re excited to announce the grand opening of Pleasant Springs this Saturday, August 18!
From 11am to 2pm, you can explore our plans for this new subdivision near Lake Murray. McGuinn Hybrid Homes is planning a total of 60 single-family homes here. Right now, you have the opportunity to take your pick of the Pleasant Springs homesites, which include cul-de-sac lots.
Our grand opening will include a giveaway of a $500 VISA gift card to one of our agent visitors. Fat Bellies food truck will be here to serve their signature Southern cuisine. While looking over the features and amenities we have planned for Pleasant Springs, you can also chill out with Pelican’s SnoBalls in the most popular flavors.
The floor plans present a wide range of styles and sizes—single-level and two-story homes, from 1,491 square feet to 2,835 square feet of living space, with three to five bedrooms and as many as 3.5 baths. Each new home design features the popular open concept that combines your kitchen, living, and dining rooms. Our standard kitchen is anything but standard. We include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, plus ample storage. We have so many ways to personalize your new home—inside and out—so you can make it as individual as you are.
As you might expect from our name, McGuinn Hybrid Homes emphasizes energy efficiency in all of our single-family homes and townhomes throughout the Columbia, SC, area. Our hybrid homes include a full range of standard features that contribute to significant energy savings and healthy living. From the construction materials and methods to ENERGY STAR appliances, low-flow plumbing fixtures, programmable thermostats, low-VOC paint, and a tankless gas water heater, every aspect of your home is designed and built to provide comfort, convenience, and conservation.
Families will also appreciate the added value of the award-winning Lexington 1 school district that serves Pleasant Springs, as well as the safety afforded by sidewalks in this community.
Please join us this Saturday, August 18, for the grand opening of Pleasant Springs. We hope you’ll become one of these founding members of what promises to be a highly desirable neighborhood in Lexington. Click here for directions and contact us to learn more.
