Lexington, South Carolina, has so much to offer. It’s a city that feels more like a small town. Living on the coast of Lake Murray is an added bonus. So, McGuinn Hybrid Homes decided to expand our offerings of new home communities in Lexington (Mariner’s Creek, Spence Plantation, Sterling Lake, Summerlake, and Woodmill). We’re excited to announce the grand opening of Pleasant Springs this Saturday, August 18!
