The city ranked #2 overall for healthcare occupations, showing that an average earner in this industry could save up a 20% down payment in less than 2 years. We recently experienced that thrill at the Home Builders Association of South Carolina’s 2018 State Convention, when it was announced, “McGuinn Hybrid Homes receives the first-place Pinnacle Award for New Home Construction in the category of $1.5 Million to $1,999,999.”

Since 2003, the HBASC has been recognizing the exceptional craftsmanship of builders and remodelers throughout the state. At this 15th annual convention, the association presented the prestigious Pinnacle Awards to builders and remodelers. The categories included New Construction, Green Building, Remodel Projects, and Subdivision and Community, and Sales and Marketing. Within the New Construction category, projects were grouped according to the home’s cost, which ranged from less than $250,000 to more than $5 million.

The Pinnacle Awards were created to honor the professionals in the home building industry who have demonstrated the highest standards for craftsmanship, innovative problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
