I am an active member of Epsilon Pi Phi National Honor Society for Emergency Management and Homeland Security, the Builder Industry Association, and Central Carolina Realtors Association. I am well aware of the formal and informal teachings of these industries. I offer innovative solutions to reoccurring problems, have the ability to mentor novice and senior agents and hold innate passion for the topics of my areas of expertise. My progressive thinking skills and innovative techniques are contagious, because my Success proves they work. As an avid seeker of knowledge and new challenges, I stumbled upon the field of Real Estate. My educational background has had a tremendous impact on my success because I learned to stay prepared, maintain great files and documentation, and meet deadlines.
My ability to be diverse in my approach in order to successfully deal with any challenges that I may face has been very beneficial in getting transactions closed. I acquired knowledge and skill through actively participating in the Industry as a New Home Sales Specialist. This earned me the title "Rookie of the Year" for the metropolitan and surrounding areas in Columbia, SC. As a novice I was able to produce 4.5 million dollars in sales in my 1st year as a Real Estate Agent. I have held many titles in one of the most prominent companies in the Columbia area to include: Agent of the Week on several occasions, having the most outgoing referrals, 2014's Chairman's Club as one of the top 50 agents in the company, Multi-Million Dollar producer award and most recently Sale and Marketing award for McGuinn Hybrid Homes.
My yearning to excelling in my academics from an Associate Degree up to Doctoral Studies over the past 8 years expanding upon my knowledge and understanding of the people, society, and has aided me in meeting the needs of those around me. My current endeavor in pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Criminal Justice has enabled me to critically study the depth of the subject while simultaneously applying new theories that are staples in adequately understanding and researching statistical data of neighborhoods, demographics, and issues people face. This knowledge is imperative as a Real Estate Agent because it allows me to understand the needs of each individual I encounter by understanding how to deal with different personalities.
My ability to work well as part of team also relates to my success with McGuinn Hybrid Homes. Thus, I am able to advise other agents and members of "The Team" through processes and systems that help us all achieve our goals and ultimately sell more homes. The traits that qualify me for the positon stem from diligently studying the Real Estate market and paying close attention to successful agents while mirroring the things that make them Top Producers.
These attributes, combined with my enthusiasm to learn, have proven to be essential throughout my contributions and success. I possess the following attributes that have been beneficial to the McGuinn organization:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; trustworthy in handling sensitive information.
Capacity to assist diverse populations with compassion, patience, and understanding.
Adept at guiding, influencing, and empowering others.

When I am not studying or working I enjoy spending time with my three boys Tyeoric, Emori, and Avantre', nephews, nieces, sisters, brothers, family, and friends! I am the light that I wish for them to see so they too will achieve great things. I am passionate about seeing everyone I encounter succeed and achieve their goals and this makes me a great Realtor.
