McGuinn Construction Management was started in 1985 by President, Wade McGuinn. Wade began his construction career in custom home building and has skillfully constructed over 1700 custom homes in the Metropolitan area - more than any other homebuiler in Columbia.

In 2000, McGuinn Construction took a new look at the housing market in Columbia and identified a need for something new: Patio Homes and Townhomes. Mr. McGuinn knew that he could apply his skill and design to building great subdivisions that would cater to the needs of buyers that were not being met by other builders.

From this need, McGuinn Homes was created. McGuinn Homes focuses on providing customers with Gold Seal homes in "infill" communities- communitiesi that are convenient to interstate, shopping and the conveniences of living in town.

All homes are designed with the buyer in mind. Every community location and floor plan is developed specifically to meet the needs of its' future resident. It is the goal of McGuinn Homes to provide customers with a great customer experience and to deliver a Gold Seal home with the right mix of style of quality at the right price.

The Custom Home System was developed by Wade McGuinn to take the guess work and change orders out of building a custom home. The Custom home Systems starts from magazine clippings and takes the customer through the design, specs, selections, construction and closing process. The end result? Ashley is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and prides herself on delivering her clients an exceptional home purchasing experience.  From the beginning of her career, values of service, dedication, and hard work have been a driving force to her success as an agent and marketer. Ashley graduated from North Greenville College, where she played collegiate soccer and started her career working for the Department of the Navy shortly thereafter.  She used these steps in her life as a way to hone her valuable time management and project management skills. Kelly is a South Carolina Residential Builder with experience in multiple aspects of the real estate development process including construction management, residential design, and pre-development planning.  Kelly has managed various phases of residential construction from site work, dwelling construction, to post-completion warranty work. In addition he has completed over 60+ design projects, including every aspect of preconstruction planning from feasibility, conceptual design, to final construction documentation for single and multi-family projects. Kelly gained commercial development experience while working with Coldwell Banker Commercial - The Tuttle Company in Rock Hill, SC. During his time with The Tuttle Company, Kelly worked on a variety of Projects including the development and brokerage of multiple property types including office, medical, retail, flex-space, and large scale residential subdivisions.  He also assisted in due diligence including development of market, construction, financing and sales assumptions to support projects budgets, valuations, and feasibility analysis.
