Allyson Way Hank

Allyson Way Hank is a SC native with deep roots in construction and development. Having grown up in the construction industry as a part of her families business, Allyson brings years of experience and expertise to home building.
She has worked in home furnishings, design, and art in addition to being a licensed Residential Builder with years of experience. She brings a uniquely artistic and feminine edge to the home building process. Allyson believes that a persons home is the ultimate statement of who a person is. She is committed to creating beautiful, personalized homes for McGuinn clients so that they can live better and more comfortably in their own unique space.
Allyson is married to Reverend Dr. Daniel Hank and has a son.

John Zeigler

Farah graduated from Iowa State University with a professional degree in Architecture. She has past experience working for both residential and commercial architectural firms. Scott Morrison

Scott is a lifelong resident of the midlands. He attended Cardinal Newman high school and went on to graduate with his Civil Engineering degree from University of South Carolina.
Scott has spent over 15 years in the development industry
Scott brings over 15 years of experience in the development to the team. He has worked as Project engineer for a local engineering firm and held roles with national builders on their land development teams.

Scott has been working in the development field for over 15 years.Scott is a registered professional engineer in SC and NC. He began his career at Power Engineering Company in Columbia, SC. While there, Scott headed projects that contained over 1000 residential lots. Projects there included site, storm drainage/detention system, grading, water distribution and sanitary sewer system designs. They also included site selection and permitting on State, Local and Federal levels. Working at PEC for almost 9 years, Mr. Morrison also learned many other aspects of the development industry, including the need for quick turnaround on projects and accuracy of design. Since then he has expanded his experience and moved into project management of jobs as the Storm Water Compliance Officer and Entitlements Manager for Centex Homes, Project Manager for The Tetra Companies and Director of Development for LaCasa Real Estate Development. These positions allowed for broadened experience with budgeting, feasibility, bidding and scheduling.

Craig Connelly

Craig is a lifelong resident of the midlands. He graduated from Lexington High School. He is active in his community of Lexington S.C. and attends Pilgrim Lutheran Church. He enjoys getting to meet new people in the many McGuinn communities. He values the relationship that he creates with his customers, making sure their needs are top of mind when it comes to the process of selecting their new home, and also making sure they are satisfied after the purchase of their biggest investment.

Debi Paglia

Debi has lived and worked in the Columbia area since 1983. She received her Bachelor\'s degree in Education from Columbia College and her Master\'s degree from the University of South Carolina. After teaching school for many years, Debi started a new career in real estate in 1994.

Debi\'s first years in real estate were spent in working in general brokerage. In 2000, she started selling new construction. She immediately found her niche in selling patio homes. She joined the McGuinn Homes team in 2008. She is currently the Community Sales Manager for Murray Cottages. Nick Huard

In 1999 Karen was working as an office manager in a small business in Charleston, SC. The company had one sales person and he had been encouraging Karen to pursue a sales career. It was under his mentorship she first heard her favorite quote; "You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want." Zig Ziglar. Karen decided WHAT she would like to help others GET was a new home ! She enrolled in real estate school and by January of 2000 Karen was on her way.
Over the last 11+ years Karen has helped hundreds of people get what they want in Charleston and Columbia.

Kinzie Bryant

Kinzie Bryant, III originally from Roanoke Rapids, NC, moved to Columbia, SC in 2003 where he discovered his passion for real estate. This part time hobby quickly grew into a full time profession, due largely in part to the dedication that he provides to each client. Kinzie purchased his first home at the age of 23 and vividly recalls the pride that he felt being a homeowner. It is this feeling that drives Kinzie when assisting others in the home buying process. Tripp Mills is the outside customer service representative for McGuinn Homes.
He has been with McGuinn Homes since August,2010.

Previously he owned his own construction company specializing in interior trim and other home building related projects from 2007-2010
He worked for Murphy Company, a liaison to Lithonia Lighting out Atlanta Georgia,in which he worked with sales/distributors and vendors directly assisting on customer service and job related questions.
He has worked directly under a general contractor building custom homes in the Columbia area.
He gets most of his customer service experience working in the medical field dealing directly with doctors and nurses.
he has had experience in the construction field for more than 16 years in commercial and residential building.

His goal is to set McGuinn Homes apart from other home builders in the Columbia area by offering them the BEST GOLD SEAL customer service experience before, during and after the homeowner has made their way into their new home!

I have earned my Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and will be completing my Bachelors of Science in Legal Studies in May of 2013. I came to McGuinn Homes the beginning of September, 2011 as a temporary employee and knew immediately McGuinn Homes was where I wanted to call home. On November 1, 2011 I became a permanent part of the McGuinn Homes family and am dedicated to exceeding our mission statement: Quality, Accountability, Motivation, and Delivery!
