I-77 North or South Exit at Killian Rd. From I-77 South go left from I-77 North bear right go 5 Miles, Turn left onto Summit Parkway for 1.3 miles. Take right onto Summit Ridge Drive go 1.1 miles through 2 stop signs. Follow roundabout to first right Lake Carolina Drive, then 2nd left on Crestmont Drive then take 2nd right model home is on corner.

The Ponds is located across the street from one of the two pool amenities in Lake Carolina. The amentity features a large pool with splash and play equipment, lighted tennis courts, playground and pavilion with picnic tables
